- All your allergen policy, allergen information, and matrices done for you. I will come and spend an hour with you gleaning the information, which I will take away with me, and produce your finished documents for you. Making sure your business is compliant, and has user friendly documents to hand for your staff and customers.
Onsite Consultancy
- Dealing with food allergens, and the food sensitive diner, can be daunting to say the least. I can help you, and guide you in your business. You can rest secure in the knowledge that you have done everything within your power to keep your customers safe, thus keeping your business out of trouble. Charged by the hour, or you can make the most of a membership and get 12 hours a year of support whenever you need help. Whether that’s seasonal menu changes, a special event, or or you just want to ask a question, I’m here for you.
