In person courses
L2 Food Safety for Catering (RQF)
The essential Food Safety Course for anyone working in hospitality and catering. For up to 10 of you and your team members. Price is just £90 per person. The course is held at our Lydney Training Centre in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean.

Onsite courses
At your site we offer RQF courses in Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness and Level 3 Food Allergen Management for you and your staff (up to 12 attendees).
Onsite services
Let us come to your site and we can help you with your Allergen procedures and compliance with FIR1169/2011 and Natasha’s Law. If producing your own documentation seems too daunting, we can do it for you!
