Three Shells Tea Room
Three Shells Tea Room offers sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes, fish and chips, children’s meals, cakes and drinks.
There are gluten free and vegan options available. Separate fryers and equipment are used for specific items, and the gluten free sausages are oven cooked to ensure no cross-contamination.
An area will be specially cleaned for preparation of meals for the food hypersensitive customer. Staff will wash their hands, put on a fresh apron, and use dedicated, freshly washed utensils.
Extra attention will be given to ensuring a clean table and cutlery is provided for the food hypersensitive customer. The table will be cleaned immediately before use, and fresh cutlery is kept in a separate container in readiness.
