Booking policy
There is a limit of 10 places on each course. This keeps the course personal and ensures you get the best attention. We would therefore encourage you to book early to secure your place. However, provided there is space available, you can book up until the day before. Please note that your place is not confirmed until we receive payment in full.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel after booking, we can only offer a refund if you give at least 14 days’ notice.
If we cancel the course because it doesn’t have enough participants signed up a week before it starts, you can either:
- rebook an alternative date or
- receive a full refund
We reserve the right to cancel an event for reasons outside our control.
In-house courses
We realise that not every business can afford to send at least four employees to one of our in-house courses. So from time to time, we will put them on as an event. You can book as an individual, but groups of two or three are also very welcome to sign up. Please let us know if there is a particular course you would like is to put on as an event.
These particular events are held at the Hill Street Training Rooms in Lydney, the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.
Tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. There is a 1-hour lunch break – bring your own, or you can support one of the many delightful local cafés in the town.
